[reminder] Please answer the poll to choose a day for a telecon week of Monday 30th July

Hello everyone

It's sunny in London in the lead up to the Olympics here.

Hardly less exciting is the prospect of a W3C Coremob telecon during the week of 30th July. Many thanks to the small number of people who have responded to the poll [1] - at the moment Wednesday is the favourite for the call, but that could change. To continue the rather weak sporting theme, this poll, like cricket, is a multi-day affair so the rankings can change - as England found to their cost having lost to South Africa, yesterday. A very fine and record-breaking performance by South Africa.

Back on topic ... many thanks to Andrew Hubbs and Dong-Young Lee who have pointed out that I did the local time zone thing wrongly (sigh) so I've changed it on the poll and here is what I think the correct times are:

The call will be held at 1300 UTC, the day of the call will be decided by the poll. I believe now that the local times are:
2pm UK/Ireland,
3pm Europe West,
10pm Korea,
9am US East,
6am US West.

The poll closes tomorrow. The FT has kindly offered its facilities for the call. I'll publish details after the poll has closed.

Please respond to the poll offering your regrets if you do not intend to be there.

Many thanks
Jo
