+1 to that as well.

We must not be apologetic about using Web concepts. Being too abstract
diminishes the usability of our recommendation.

Further, we need to be careful not to censor ourselves with respect to
notions related to linked dataŠ we have to find the right balance and the
right way to phrase the best practices.
