I've created Issue-353 for adding the normative definition of an external
processorProfiles parameter to TTML2.

We now have, in the sequence that they need to be done in:

1) Issue-353 Normatively define short code processorProfiles parameter
2) Issue-351 Update IANA registration for TTML2
3) Issue-352 Add Media Registration Annex
