I would recommend splitting the property type and how the property is
offered into two fields, since things like "Rental" and "Single Family
Home" are not mutually exclusive.

I would also recommend these fields for actual listing websites:

PropertyType: Single Family Home, Condo, Town Home, Apartment, Duplex,
Fourplex, Multi-family, Commercial  (there are many more, there is even
something know as a Dockuminium in florida, which is a deed-able boat dock)
ListingType: Listing Type indicates the type of listing (For Lease, For
Sale, Off-Market)
ListingStatus:  Active, Active-Contingent, Pending, Pending Taking Backups,
Sold
StatusLastUpdated:  The date/time stamp when the listing information was
last updated.
ListingWebPage: the URL to the broker's or owner's page about this
property.  This is probably a good idea, since the broker or owner's
website will have the most up to date information, including contact
information, for further listing information.  It is also a good practice
for areas that may lack an MLS (like NYC) or other canonical source of
listing information.

These come from fairly standard MLS fields that are generally shared
between MLS system vendors.

For 1/2 bathrooms the MLS field standard has generally been to list each as
an individual field, and let the web companies decide how to display the
information, since this is less ambiguous.
