Re: The "Resolution global grid" requirement

I hope that all coverage experts have had time to think about this issue.
There haven't been contributions to this thread, so it seems we can try to
close ISSUE-17 <https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/issues/17>, with a
vote at a next meeting. The proposal will then be not to add this
requirement.
