Yes
 - are there other issues to work on?

Besides what Paolo and Khalid already pointed out, I detected 2 small typos:
1) "PROV consists of 10 documents (including this one) ." (Space before the
point)
2) "for developers who need a native XMl serialization of PROV". "XML" is
not in capital letters.
