ISSUE-25 Talis Position

Just to clarify our position on deprecating/marking archaic reification i
distinguish between:

reification mechanics, of which an example is
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-rdf-syntax/#section-Reification

and

reification vocabulary as defined by
http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-schema/#ch_reificationvocab

Talis uses the vocabulary in its changeset vocabulary which is used in
almost every system and application we operate and is exposed in public web
APIs. We are ok with marking the mechanics as archaic but we won't support
that for the vocabulary. We're happy for the vocabulary to remain without
defined semantics.
