Unfortunately I'll probably won't be able to attend, I am at Poznan at the
DBpedia meeting with almost non-existing internet at the hotel.
For the discussion I am in favor of Peters proposal as well (+1).
Regarding mine and peters comment "requiring access where it is useless" my
suggestion would be that the WG additionally defines another
document/section on a definitions without access to the shapes graph.,
