With regards to HTTP-update:

I don't think there were any F2F3 decisions that impacted HTTP-update with
the exception of issue-20 (see below).

By this week's end it will be ready for review after I incorporate the
changes I proposed regarding terminology.

The only indicated open issue is: Empty or non-existent graphs - ISSUE-20
.  I don't recall what the resolution was from the F2F, but if there was on,
I will just need to incorporate it.  Otherwise, that is the only open issue
I have.

None, beyond those mentioned in 3
