Re: ACTION-571: Draft text about showing unrelated identity signals

There are two common cases that were mentioned in the last meeting - tabs and tiled windows. I don't think we should favor one layout over the other. We could mention both, but that seems a little wordy. Anyone else want to chime in on this aspect?
