I think the above is a great idea.  I’m not sure what the best way forward would be, but would it be to arrange a call / similar with the "Inaccessibility of CAPTCHA” folks, the Privacy Pass folks (Alex Davidson, the lead author on the privacy pass paper) is at CloudFlare at the moment IIRC, and is still interested in the space.
