Given our recent work, I believe the following issues can be closed.  
Am I correct, especially regarding the schema? Please note on the list  
before Tuesday's call if you believe any of these issues are still  
open. Gerald, I assume you are looking at the less obvious issues more  
carefully in your action.

1) [OPEN] ISSUE-105 : HMAC output length is defined on bits base64 on  
octets
