All that is required from the editor is a simple yes or no response
and as the new heartbeat is due to be published it would be good to
have information in the HTML5 spec, which is why I am pursuing the
issue with such vigour, but as you disagree that it should be raised
now I will remove the issue.

Can you provide me with an esitmate of how much time I should wait
before it is sifficient?
