[minutes] Audio WG teleconference 2013-08-29

Dear all,

The minutes of our teleconference yesterday are online:
        http://www.w3.org/2013/08/29-audio-minutes.html

Most of the meeting was fairly admin- and process-focused. We welcomed Chris Wilson and Paul Adenot as new co-editors of the web audio API spec, resolved to move the versioning of the draft spec as well as the issues for the spec to github (where they will integrate interestingly with the web platform tests) and discussed the idea of having a spec bashing half-day as "distributed f2f" in a couple of months.

Due to schedule conflicts, we resolved not to meet at TPAC in November. Some of us will still be there but there will not be a formal meeting of the group.

There was a short discussion on the AudioBuffer Data races issues. We might be nearing consensus on the issue, around the proposal developed by ROC: https://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Roc/AudioBufferProposal. Many are still not 100% happy with the solution but this may yet be the solution everyone can live with. CfC to come by e-mail today.

Finally, we decided to meet for our next teleconference next week.

Summary of Action Items:

ACTION-69: chris Lowis to tidy up "how to contribute" section in wiki
        https://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/actions/69
