** CSS WG Members, please send regrets to Member-only list if you can't attend.

   1. Suppressing grid gaps at fragmentation breaks:
      https://drafts.csswg.org/css-grid/issues-wd-20150917#issue-19

We agreed with Mats, and specified that gaps due to gutters
and justification are suppressed (always) if there is a break
between two tracks. Just wanted to make sure the WG agrees.

   2. Missing named lines search
      https://drafts.csswg.org/css-grid/issues-wd-20150917#issue-26

Manuel brought up a inconsistency in how missing named lines
are found, and proposed altering the rules a bit to search on
the corresponding side of the explicit grid (the B options in
his email). Mats agreed this made more sense. Tab and I also
agree, so we updated the spec to match. If anyone has any
concerns with this let us know, otherwise we'd like to resolve
      on that change.
