"Cool URIs for the Semantic Web" in Japanese (updated)

Hello, w3c-translators!

Back in 2008, I translated "Cool URIs for the Semantic Web" into
Japanese [1] but didn't realized until now the original document had
got an update [2].
So I've updated my copy and it's available here:

Could you re-add it to the database please?
