Re: RDF Data Shapes WG agenda for 27 July 2016

Agenda looks good to me. It would be awesome if we could finally close 
the syntax issue 133. In case we decide to merge sh:Shape and 
sh:NodeConstraint then we can also close ISSUE-135. Furthermore I 
believe we should then also delete sh:classIn/sh:datatypeIn because the 
sh:or syntax will be sufficiently pretty and we could uniformly handle 
mixed ranges, closing ISSUE-141. That would be a great simplification.

The only remaining syntax issues would then be about the naming of some 
properties, such as the scope (or not).
