Call for assistance: editing techniques indexes [I18N-ACTION-248]

All,

Among the things that the Internationalization Activity does at W3C is the creation of techniques documents and tutorials, as well as other articles related to internationalization on the Web. These documents are a great resource (perhaps you have used them?), either as a reminder of best practices or to pass along as tips to colleagues.

One of the challenges of maintaining this growing set of materials is making it accessible and the information readily available to users. The task of maintaining the index pages is not automated (nor particularly automatable), but it is somewhat "mechanical". The I18N WG is seeking volunteers [1] from the community to help maintain the indices, particularly the following:

For more information, write to Richard Ishida (Ishida@w3.org) or to myself.

Regards (for I18N),

Addison

Internationalization is not a feature.
It is an architecture.
