Changes to Xpath profile for XML Signature

Changes for my ACTION-695 and ACTION-723  Update XPath profile from changes proposed during joint session with XSLT/XQuery

http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmldsig-xpath/  Dec 4th version.


1) Added Frederick and Meiko as authors
2) Clarified in the introduction that this is a proper subset of XPath 1.0, and also that this subset is meaningful outside XML Signature
3) Introduced the concept of the state machine in Section 2. Streaming. 
4) Added a new section 2.1 Streaming for XML signatures  , which gives the whole processing model for streaming XML signatures with Xpath
5) Removed allowed example 8, /book/chapter/[1][local-name(@*) = "type"]
6) Changed disallowed example 11, changed comment because node() is not a function
7) Removed the ::  between     '@' '::'  NameTest
8) Changed Appendix A algorithm, this algorithm has been out of date for some time, need to put in a new algorithm based on state machines.
