Re: ISSUE-100: Update acknowledgementst to list everyone who contributed [Note: use cases etc.]

I actually don't think I have text in the note (that I can recall),  
so while I appreciate Mike looking out for me, I don't think my  
hollering while experiencing VoIP issues over the later phases of its  
development necessitates a named credit in the use cases note.  :)
