Hi Carlos

Thank for doing that! I run through the list that you made at the gdocs 
and tried to solve mostly of them. I also left some questions for you 
there, and closed as "resolved" the ones that where removed from the 
document. I made my suggestions to the document based on your questions 
at github.

Newton, Berna and Caroline, I made a fork and submitted a pull request 
with the suggestions, separated by commits [1].
Please, if not accepted provide me some feedback :-)

There is several suggestions that are still open at Carlos document. For 
instance, about the BP14, (Re-use), I would say that the group could 
find a more agnostic way to test this BP, at "how to test section"...
