Well that's certainly not what I "heard" (especially since that option was eliminated) nor what I have experienced (f.ex. Progress Events). It's unfortunate the "minutes" are so poor and this discussion wasn't held in a Public forum such in the HTMLWG's weekly call. We really must do mo' betta' when it comes to transparency. -AB
