Hi, As discussed in the call today.... Steve's question is [ By "Data Usage", do we mean how the data is used by the publishing authority or how often it is used by data consumers? Is the data refresh rate included in "Data Usage"? ] As I would understand, data usage can be by the publishing authority or external data consumers. Both can be interesting and I would recommend to extend the requirement to capture this. The data refresh rate is something that is I believed will be captured by one of the other requirement, R-DynamicGeneration and R-AutomaticUpdate (or whatever these ones become after merging). So I would propose to close the issue as soon as the UCR editors add the precision about internal or external usage. Steve are you alright with it? Best, Antoine
