The idea is "only for HTML".

For HTML I would replace
"Textual content of element, including attributes and child elements."
with
"Inheritance is specified at 
http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/dom.html#the-translate-attribute"
And explain in a note what that means at time of writing. Would that 
make sense?
