This resolution passes, with three Formal Objections[3][4][5] which will 
be forwarded onto the Director shortly.

Additionally, and as per plan2014[6], the A11y TF and the editor of the 
alt-techniques document are encouraged to work directly with the editors 
of the HTML5 document to reduce identified differences, filing new bug 
reports as appropriate.
