Just checking out where we are with RDFa issues

Now that we have passed a significant hurdle, I gathered the current open issues on RDFa. Some of these should be doable easily, but we should try to make decision nevertheless. Note that I took the liberty to add issues 116 and 117 to reflect discussions happening at various places lately.

Here is where we are:

Core:
- ISSUE-18 [1]: Determine how ODF will integrate RDFa 1.1
- ISSUE-116 [2]: Consider owl terms for vocab expansion

Lite:
- ISSUE-115 [3]: Explanation on the Fragment ID in @about may be misleading (RDFa Lite)

HTML 5:
- ISSUE-97 [4]: Determine if datetime should be supported in HTML5
- ISSUE-108 [5]: Refine/deprecate Link relations for the RDFa 1.1 Default Profile.
- ISSUE-113 [6]: Add the value attribute of the HTML data element as a possible literal target for property
- ISSUE-114 [7]: HTML5 content model for @href/@src coerces values to URLs
- ISSUE-117 [8]: Consider disallowing @about on <html>

Looking at the list:

- 18 seems to be an old leftover, not sure what this means for today (we may just close it)
- 116 has to be discussed and decided upon
- 115 is an editorial small issue
- 97 and 113 are pretty much along the same lines, should be decided
- 108 should be discussed and decided upon
- 114 is a really hard one:-(
- 117 should be discussed and decided upon
