However, I would like to draw your attention to the requirements defined 
for Formal Objections from the W3C Process[1]:

> An individual who registers a Formal Objection SHOULD cite technical

> not provide substantive arguments or rationale are unlikely to
> receive serious consideration by the Director.

Based on this, I encourage you to provide substantive arguments and/or 
rationale, and to propose changes.  If you do so, I'll update the link 
on the formal objections page with your replacement.
