Minutes of Dec 28 2007 meeting

Hello,

Pls. find attached an edited version of the RIF weekly meeting minutes, which I 
scribed on December 18, 2007. For some reason (perhaps because we went overtime?), 
these minutes do not end with a record of the motion to end the meeting. I do not 
know how important that is.
