It's definitely interesting that Facebook did this. It will help a lot of people make purchases faster. The same feature is nearly on the stable release of desktop Chrome too as Request Autcomplete http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/forms/requestautocomplete/ This same API will land in Firefox for Android soon https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=946022 (it will take a while to reach the stable release though).
