ACTION-539/ISSUE-219: Clarify in 6.2 that other sources means places other than just security indicators

Reviewing the 10/24 minutes [1], it seems like we agreed to change the  
introductory paragraph of 6.2 [2] from

> Web user agents MUST provide additional security context information  
> as described in this section through one or more user-accessible  
> information sources. These information sources can be implemented in  
> either primary or secondary user interface. Where security context  
> information is provided in both primary and secondary chrome, the  
> presentation and semantics of the presented information MUST be  
> consistent.

... to:

> Web user agents MUST provide additional security context information  
> as described in this section.  Where security context information is  
> provided in both primary and secondary chrome, the presentation and  
> meaning of the presented information MUST be consistent.
