RFE: download tarball with working minimal test/ directory.

Make a downloadable tarball that includes a working test directory so 
people know if they got a working copy of cwm.
Attatched is an example such tarball, which passes all tests on my 
machine. Further, the normal install tarball should be a subset of this 
one (Remove anything not on this list from it).
