RE: NORZIG proposed new bib-1 Use attributes

Yes.  We have, in addition to the set of proposed terms to ZIG, made a list 
of specific Norwegian USE values.  We have started to use values from 8001 
for these.  But the proposed values are not particularly "Norwegian" that is 
why we have sent this list to ZIG.
