Follow-up on Google hangout idea

Hi, 

 

As we discussed in today's call, I followed up with Michael on the
Google hangout idea. He reminded me that when it was first proposed
there was some discussion around if Google+ was the most suitable
location for a public space and also if this is in line with W3C policy.
This is included in the minutes from 2012_02_09

associated with action item 51
