“10% increase without the re-sub” is what we have recorded in the telcon minutes, and this is what my note is based on. I can definitely update that with a realistic number to keep things in perspective.

Note to self and to Chris Lilley – the results of CFF experiment should probably be added to WOFF2 Evaluation Report so that we can reference them in the future.

lgtm.  Currently you wrote that desub increases font size by ~10%.  I think Jungshik observed up to 50% for more geometric (Hangul?) fonts.  Might be better to mention something to that effect, to make it more clear that it shouldn't be automatically enabled.

Jungshik, can you share what you found for the worst case?
