Is there a test suite for URI equivalence?

I'm wondering if there is an inventory of equivalent and not-equivalent 
URIs per the rules in RFC2396bis sect. 6 usable as a test suite, I'm 
thinking of writing some CheckURIEquivalence software and it would be 
nice if I didn't have to write the whole test suite too. -Tim
