Hi Michael - this is an important question, as I think we need to put a stake-in-the-ground a declare V2.0 completed.
(With the change over to W3C it has delayed our original plans [1])

The W3C website is also nearly ready to implement the approval process for Community Group members, so we can formally capture the voting.

I would like to propose that we complete the outstanding Tracked Issues [2, 3] during March, and schedule early April as the time to vote on maturing the specs to Final.
