Proposal to close ISSUE-7

Dear all,

The ISSUE-7 is about deciding if we will integrate a high level API into our deliverables [1].
It seems to me that the WG decided positively, as we have now an editor's draft by David Dhal.
The WG will be asked to close the issue during our next call, next Monday.
