updated specification

Hi,
 
I have made all the editorial changes as per [1]
 
All the comments were accepted and suggested recommendations were incorporated.  I am expecting that others will try out the examples and send corrections as necessary.  I will send out a official response to each of the comments after May 30.  The editor's draft specification is dated 30 May 2004.  
 
No changes were necessary to the part 2 of the specicification or the schema itself at this time.
 
Pending issues in this:
1.  Work with Jose to fix the boiler plate at the top of the specification.
2.  How should the contributors to the specification post CR be acknowledged in the specification.  I was planning on adding another list to the exisiting one in the spec.  Suggestions welcome.
3.  If Jose can update the issues list by 30 May, we can then release the updated spec and the issues list at the same time.
 
Final note: the meeting is tomorrow @8:30am US Pacific Time
