Re: should action 65 be closed?

I believe 65 should be closed and have updated tracker accordingly. I  
don't think any item was closed by mistake.

Thus we closed the following today: 65, 68, 75, 84, 85, 86 [1]

The following stayed open: 26, 71, 74, 81, 82, 83

The following were added:  87, 88, 89
