Adjustable Fonts

Fonts

Use case: User can adjust font size, face, or family based on preference or need. Max may have a desire to read all articles in Comic Sans Serif, while Mindy may need to enlarge the text in her books as she stubbornly refuses to get reading glasses.
Requirement(s): integration with DOM and CSS so that page/region/fragment can integrate user changes without significantly altering other aspects of content
