Virtual Reconstruction of Demolished Buildings

From Linked Building Data Community Group
  • Title: Virtual Reconstruction of Demolished Buildings
  • Description: For cultural heritage reasons, one might want to build a representation of ancient buildings that once have existed but have disappeared by now. This has to be done through the collection of relevant data sources and documentation, typically books, old drawings, pictures, and movies. The result is a virtual representation (3D model, database, web portal) that provides an interpretation of the building that once existed.
