• Step 1: It should be checked for empty (non non-empty) text in the title attribute instead of non-empty text.

• Step 2: This test is for both frames and iframes. Change the wording accordingly. Currently it says "Present the iframe to the user".
• Error messages: The distinction of fail1 and fail2 is not clear. fail1 should be "The frame or iframe does not have a title." fail2 should be "The title of the frame or iframe is not descriptive."

Closed issues

• The description says that the test checks only for non-empty title attributes but the procedure returns also reports about descriptiveness. Clarify the scope of this test.
• The threshold in step 1 (A title attribute with three or less character is not descriptive.) is arbitrary. This should be stated as assumption.
• Do we need a manual step to check that the title is descriptive?
