Open issues
- The test properties table is incomplete.
- Add Back to Success Criterion link to the top of the page.
- Add test mode to step 2.

- Should we TC if the link is visible on the page? For example skip links are often off screen
- Should we TC the size of the link? Occasionally links have no or almost no width or height because their content is floating or positioned outside of it.
- Should this TC include buttons as well? I think the test procedure is similar.
