- Step 3: This shouldn't fail, some images such as diagrams may have alternatives in other places. I think this is quite common. Maybe add an additional step to check for an alternative to the image, or a reference to the alternative which is near the image? Wilco Fiers (talk) 12:57, 6 November 2014 (UTC)
- Step 3: Should focus on the content of the alt attribute. Alternatives in other parts of the page should go into a separate test. Maybe with a manual selector "Images that require (long) description" Annika Nietzio (talk) 14:59, 6 November 2014 (UTC)
