AI KR CG MEETING GUIDELINES FOR ORGANISERS

From AI KR (Artificial Intelligence Knowledge Representation) Community Group

Members of the AI KR CG are encouraged to organise meetings and activities. These should be open and accessible to all members and preferably follow good practices for online community groups, such as:

1. Post the meeting date and URL to the list, giving it enough advance notice for members to read the post and plan their attendance,

2. Make sure that attendance is facilitated, ie, made possible, by providing enough information about the meeting itself, and that joining is technically possible for all who wish to attend. This may imply using a variety of platform s Keep in mind accessibility, language, timezone etc

3. Post an an agenda for the meeting on the wiki, enabling members wishing to participate in the meeting to ADD THEIR ITEM/TOPIC to the agenda (in case they want to add something) and make sure that all participants get the chance to speak

4. Share the meeting inform and minutes on the editable WIKI https://www.w3.org/community/aikr/wiki/Main_Page

5. Notify the list when an object/ entry on the wiki or other group resource is created
