Requesting Accommodations

We are seeking accommodations sponsors for 2022 and 2023. If your organization would like to consider sponsoring accommodations, please email the chairs to discuss.

Although the W3C does not provide accommodations outside of the basic meeting tools for Community Groups, the chairs will do their best to arrange accommodations.

To request an accommodation, please email the chairs at least 2 weeks in advance of each meeting for which you would like accommodations.

Requests should include:

• I assure the Community Group that I need these donated accommodations to be able to contribute to and to participate in the meetings or in other aspects of this work: [yes/no]

We will let you know as soon as possible and before the meeting if we've been able arrange for the requested accommodation(s).
