WebEx

Here is the invitation that came from WebEx to the participants of the call.

As a summary

• WebEx can be used just like zakim, ie, dialing in: +1-617-324-0000, Access code:645 413 954
• One can also use the Web address (see below) and that leads to a skype-like web based call. Beware: the system will try to install a program on your machine one. There are also applications for iOS and Android; on the other hand, the application does not exist for Linux:-(
• If one logs in but does not start a call from there asking for a dial back to another number (internationally): that also works
• The host key (871176) can be used to have host privileges if the staff contact is not around (he/she is the default holder of that key). However, that is hardly used.

Note that the zakim *bot* (eg, queue control) is not bound to WebEx. We can use the zakim bot for q+/q-/ack (unfortunately, there is no queue control in WebEx).
