Success Criteria
1.8.6 Maintain Point of Regard: The point of regard remains visible and at the same location within the viewport when the viewport is resized, when content is zoomed or scaled, or when content formatting is changed. (Level A)
Tests
Test Procedure 1 (Resize viewport)
- Open a test document that is sufficiently long to extend beyond the viewport.
Sample HTML test document: Text customization - Select a word to use as a reference point.
- Resize the viewport so the text reflows.
- Check that the word is still visible in the viewport.
Expected Results 1
- Check #4 is true
Test Procedure 2 (Zoom)
- Open a test document.

- Zoom or scale the document.
- Check that the word is still visible in the viewport.
