Success Criteria

1.5.1 Global Volume: The user can adjust the volume of each audio tracks independently of other tracks, relative to the global volume level set through operating environment mechanisms. (Level A)

Tests

Test Procedure 1

  1. Identify methods of adjusting the volume of audio tracks (e.g. by exploring the UI or consulting Help documentation).
  2. Open a test document that contains examples of audio with multiple tracks.
    Sample HTML test document: Audio Multiple Tracks
  3. Play the audio sample
  4. Adjust an individual track so the volume increases and decreases relative to the other tracks.
