1.2.2 Repair Missing Structure: The user can specify whether or not the user agent should attempt to insert the following types of structural markup on the basis of author-specified presentation attributes (e.g. position and appearance): (Level AAA)

- Check for preferences or other controls that let the user set whether document heading markup (e.g. h1, h2, etc.) or table headers (e.g. th) are automatically inserted when this markup is missing in the original source (e.g. by exploring the UI or consulting Help documentation).
